I feel that I have learnt a lot from my prelim task to my final product, I main thing that I feel I learnt most about is time management in my prelim task I don’t feel that I time manage effectively and I left everything to the last minute which meant that if I had any problems it meant it was hard to find time to correct them. In my main task I time managed effectively and made it possible that when I came across problems to get the fixed in time and it also gave me time to change things if they needed to be. This also enabled me to meet all of my deadlines with ease and not to rush any of my products as then now I felt that it gave a more professional look to my finished product.
I also feel that I developed my skills during my main task as I had finished my products and then completed some market research and I didn’t feel my product was as successful as it could have been so I decided to create my magazine again.
I also learnt how to use Photo shop which was very useful as I didn’t edit any of my pictures in my prelim task but in my main task using Photoshop gave me the opportunity to edit my images and also to create better images and then cut them out to fit my magazine this helped me to create a more professional look for my magazine.
Completing my prelim task also helped me to know what is needed in a music magazine and this helped my to complete my main task this made it easier as I knew what I needed to include.
I feel that I have created my main task to the best of my ability, also I believe that it was the right choice to recreate my main task after my first attempt as I don’t think that they appeal to my target audience. If I had to complete this task again I would possible to more extensive market research so I could find out more what my target audience want from a music magazine.
